Natalie HormannNatalie is a highly skilled all-rounder with a broad background in community, business and government work. Starting with a career in environmental law in Germany she was a contributor to the German Federal Environmental Law Advisory Panel. Life took her to New Zealand to apply her analytic thinking skills in sustainable business strategy consulting in national government and the private sector before working in local government. She has been a member of the Transition Towns movement at local and national level. She looks back on over 20 years experience in community work, group facilitation and adult education, working with groups and individuals at the organisational and household levels. She also runs 'The Rabbithole', a 2-acre permaculture farm in Upper Hutt and is a successful graduate of the university of life. Her passions are people, permaculture, music and gardens.

Laurence BoomertLaurence Boomert has a long history in contingency planning, business development and community solutions. In the 1990s he was the founder of the 500 member Environmental Business Network. He now runs the 'Bank of Real Solutions', a database of can-do success stories. He is an active supporter of the 'Localising Food' project and co-publisher and writer of 'Fleeing Vesuvius: Responding to the effects of environemental and economic collapse' (2011). He is a board member of the Living Economies Trust. He has been an organic farmer, a TV Presenter (on 'Maggies garden show' and was co-founder of the New Economics Party.
